I want to know what makes you come ALIVE, and coax that out of you like a butterfly unfurling its wings from its journey of darkness and dissolution, emerging into the new day with childlike wonder and the newfound ability to fly.
This path is a re-membering, a homecoming to the most core truth of who you are, underneath all the false layers of self whose skins you will soon shed to discover the pure, authentic essence that is your center.
While I call myself a Holistic Sex & Relationship Coach, this journey reaches into every corner of the infinite web of life, for sex is the seed of creation, the source from which we all came (no pun intended). It is not just the act, but the vital life force that permeates all of existence, and therefore cannot be separate from the whole of who you are.
All relationship begins with Self and encompasses our dance with all that is.
A Holistic Approach
Many of my teachings are rooted in Tantra and Taoism, ancient holistic approaches to life and spirituality originating in the far East, whose wisdom I weave in a way that is approachable and accessible to the modern westerner.
The foundation of this work is nondual, holding everything as sacred, including the mundane and the profane, integrating all of it into a place of loving wholeness and acceptance. We play with the poetics of polarity and harvest medicine from each side of the coin, recognizing that the darkness and light are one in the same.
This work is the alchemy of obstacle into opportunity; pain into pleasure; poison into medicine.

Whether you want to fall in love with yourself; transform your relationship; ; take your sex life to the next level; find a loving, healthy relationship; live a more fulfilling, meaningful life; feel alive and empowered in your body; deepen your spiritual practice; or clear any blocks you have to success, abundance, or purpose-- this journey is a powerful catalyst to unleashing your uninhibited brilliance.
Be prepared to laugh, cry, dissolve, be reborn, and be fully seen and loved in your entirety. There is no hiding here. Your everything is both requested and required, welcome and embraced.
This road is not for the faint of heart, those who adamantly cling to the victim story, or those who wade in the shallows for fear of leaning into that edge and peering into the eternal mystery.
This work is not a quick fix, a medley of tips and tricks, or a result you can secure with money. The nectar of the work lies in your willingness to sink your teeth into life and drink of its generous juices, even when they are sour.
It’s in the recognition that
“the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit.”
Trust the Process
It’s in your craving for intimacy with all that is, both shadow and light; the reclaiming of your sovereignty; and the trust in the process that unfolds at its own pace with patience, practice, and perseverance.
I will not promise you a destination, for all that exists is the journey, and where it takes you is up to you and Spirit.
What you receive from this practice is mirrored in what you offer to it. How deeply it penetrates you depends on your willingness to stand naked in raw remembrance.
I lay the path, draw the roadmaps, and guide you home to your own compass. It’s up to you to get behind the wheel and fuel the engine. You’re the artist and life is your canvas.
How beautifully will you paint it?
How whole-heartedly will you love, play, laugh, cry, create, and offer your gifts in this divine play?
How fully will you commit to your YES?
How deeply will you breathe in this one life in this precious body?
